We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and character. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Our characters typically arrive 10–20 minutes before the scheduled performance to prepare. This ensures they are ready to make a magical entrance right on time.
We serve Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas including Cary, Apex, Garner, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Rolesville, Wendell, Zebulon, and Clayton. We may travel further upon request.
Travel within the greater Raleigh area is included. Locations outside our standard service area may require a small travel fee, which we’ll confirm during booking.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and electronic invoices. Full payment details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and character. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
Absolutely! While never expected, tips are always appreciated as a way to thank your performer for bringing extra magic and energy to your event.
